1. Scope

This policy applies to the public website and to inquiries submitted through it. It does not apply to professional services or to any client system we operate under a separate written agreement. Those engagements are governed by that agreement.

2. Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, you may provide:

• Name
• Company or organization
• Email address
• The nature of your inquiry and any message you include
• The service plan, if any, you indicated
• How you found us, if your link carried campaign tags

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

If you arrive from a link or printed card that carries campaign tags, we save the first tags we see in your browser’s local storage under the name 54n-attribution. That record holds the source, medium, campaign, and content tags, whichever the link carried. It does not expire. We include it with any inquiry you send, so we know how you found us.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies (unless you opt out) and collects technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP address. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you
• Evaluate whether our services are an appropriate fit
• Operate, maintain, and improve the website
• Measure site usage and diagnose technical issues
• Comply with law and protect our rights

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that assist us in operating the website, delivering email, and analyzing usage. Those providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. Google may receive technical identifiers (for example, cookie IDs, IP address, and pages viewed) for analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the contents of your inquiry with third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Five Four North, our clients, or others.

6. Cookies

We use analytics cookies by default to measure how the site is used. You can turn them off at any time under Your Privacy Choices below, or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Turning them off stops new analytics data from being collected in this browser. It does not delete analytics cookies already set. To remove those, clear cookies for fivefournorth.com in your browser.

8. Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records. Usage data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings and our operational needs.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@fivefournorth.com. We may need information sufficient to locate your request. We may decline a request where the law does not require us to fulfill it, or where doing so would affect another person’s information.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out, use Your Privacy Choices. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Children

This website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may not provide the same legal protections as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms offered by those providers.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
